Brandy McMillan’s journey in the cannabis industry started as a dispensary agent in Illinois before relocating to Oklahoma and becoming a vertically licensed operator. Running a business revealed how many cannabis companies were in the weeds with accounting, bookkeeping, and compliance issues—prompting a shift in focus back to accounting. Drawing from extensive experience as a bookkeeper and tax preparer under the direction of CPAs, Brandy found a niche in helping cannabis entrepreneurs stay financially compliant and successful.
